The Al Nusra front has claimed responsibility for a suicide attack in Hermel in Lebanon that's killed four people. It is the fourth time this year that a Hezbollah stronghold has been hit. The town is near the Syrian border. Al Nusra has been fighting President Bashar Al Assad's forces inside Syria. Al Jazeera's Nisreen El-Shamayleh reports.
