Kendall and Kylie Jenner's new PacSun fashion collection is giving their Kardashian half-sisters some competition. As John Basedow (@JohnBasedow) reports, a commercial shot in the Hollywood Hills shows the Jenner girls modeling their back to school line and he says their Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr and overall online popularity could help them strike gold.
