Report reveals Syrian military photos of torture, killings

A new report says the Syrian government tortured and killed about 11,000 prisoners.
The document, includes photos that the report's authors say is "clear evidence" of "industrial scale killing."
It comes as Syrian and international delegates arrive in Switzerland for talks aimed at ending the conflict.
Sir Desmond de Silva is the former chief prosecutor for the special court for Sierra Leone and one of the authors.
He says the killings have been going on for years.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) DESMOND DA SILVA, REPORT AUTHOR, SAYING:
"Such that the evidence we found would certainly underpin any count of a crime at international law."
The photos reportedly came from a Syrian military police photographer who defected.
The 55,000 images provided by the photographer reveal lacerations bearing signs of torture.
Others showed signs of strangulation or electrocution.
