Pretty Rhythm STUDIO 40# [RAW]

So I'm guessing this is the 5th part to a competetion that the one with the highest score at the end (that would be on Ep. 50) will sing a song for the last Pretty Rhythm STUDIO segement (51#). So here, the Prizmmy girls have to design nail art by doing so on the other girls' nails(well, nail). And the girl that creathe the best nail art, wins. And I don't know what they're saying at the end, because I don't know Japanese too well, though I know what some the of words they say, mean.
