Justin Bieber's Buddy Lil Za Arrested Twice in One Day

After being arrested on drug possession charges at Justin Bieber's home, Bieber's pal, Lil Za, was arrested AGAIN while already in jail. The rapper was about to be released on bail when he reportedly ripped a phone from a wall at the jail. Za was charged again, this time for vandalizing jail property. While Justin Bieber isn't the one behind bars, the pop star is getting bashed on Twitter as users are poking fun at the situation. Krystin Goodwin has the story.
