MOVIE THEATER MURDER: Father Fatally Shot After Texting Daughter During Film Previews

A 43 year-old father was fatally shot at a movie theatre in Florida Monday. The man was texting his young daughter during Lone Survivor previews when another movie-goer grew frustrated with his behavior. The man, a retired police officer, eventually shot the man, also injuring his wife.
