Dearth of teachers in Gujarat's Education System, pt 1- Tv9 Gujarati

Gujarat Government needs to take a review on State Education System as the ratio of teacher and student is not impressive at all. It is reported that there is major dearth of teachers in primary school and at college &University level as well.
