MEOW MEOW? OW: Teen High On Mephedrone Stabs Mom. Cuts off Own Penis

A 19-year old was high on the illegal drug Mephedrone when he stabbed his mother and then cut off his own penis. According to the Mirror, police found the boy hanging out of a bedroom window with blood rushing from his groin. Both he and his mother are now in stable condition at a hospital in West Sussex.
