Patan Students deprived of scholarship due to no bank account - Tv9 Gujarat

Thousands of students in Patan are deprived of scholarships as they do not have bank account. Therefore education department has come foreword and urged banks to open the accounts. It is reported that as these scholarship accounts are zero balance account banks take less interest.
