App Lets Patients 'Visit' Doctor via Smartphone

A new smartphone app called 'Doctor on Demand' allows patients to visit the doctor on their phone. For $40 the app allows users to video chat with a licensed physician, fill some minor prescriptions, and upload high-resolution photos for the doctor to analyze.
