À la carte: A Slovenian Specialty Štruklji | Euromaxx

We head to the Slovenian capital of Lubljana where the national dish there is called "struklji" which depending on how it's made is a kind of dumpling or pastry. It's a standard accompaniment to meat dishes - and its a menu staple at the "Taverna Tatjana" which shows us how to do it.
