Hasb-e-Zauq with Samina Jaleel and Farhana Owais, Beef Stroganoff, Tandoori Fish Gulnar & Egg Fried Rice, 30-10-13

Today's program is like a delicious mash-up of World cuisine featuring dishes from Russia and China. Beef Stroganoff is a traditional meal in Russia. It does not contain many spices but depends all on the quality of it's two main ingredients: Beef and Mushrooms. It is usually served with Rice but goes equally well on top of any wide variety of noodles or penne. Can also be eaten with Bread or Roti. Second dish is another fish dish as has been the theme for past two episodes. Chef prepares a Tandoori Fish Gulnar. To accompany these delicacies she prepares Egg Fried Rice.
