A singer-songwriter from Los Angeles spends a small fortune to look like his idol, Justin Bieber. Toby Sheldon, 33, has gone through a hair transplant, eyelid lift, botox injections and even smile surgery. He tells a British tabloid that his friends shower him with compliments and even call him Toby Bieber.
