11 killed in Belgium skydiving plane crash

Authorities say a plane full of skydivers in Belgium crashes killing all 11 on board.

Witnesses say part of the plane broke off as it nosedived into the ground, adding that three passengers tried to jump, but were too late.

The plane was carrying members of a local skydiving club, and crashed south-east of Brussels.
