A new business opening in Madison, Wisconsin is charging money for snuggle time. Matthew Hurtado, a recovering sex addict, opened the business for clients looking to cuddle but there will be no sex and strict boundaries. The opening of the Snuggle House is delayed because the city calls it a prostitution ring.
