Dozens more die as migrant boat capsizes in Mediterranean

Scores of people have died after a boat carrying around 250 migrants capsized between Sicily and Tunisia.
The Maltese and Italian navies rescued more than 200 people from the stricken boat. The most seriously injured were taken by helicopter to the Italian island of Lampedusa.
The director of Lampedusa's hospital immediately got his team into action.
