Most of us have done goofy things after one too many drinks but a Minnesota individual takes the cake.

Police were fairly sure they were dealing with an intoxicated man after they found him passed out on a public bench at 2:30 on a Saturday morning.

And when Deaaron M. Hearn handed officers money after being requested to provide identification, cops knew he wasn’t in the best shape. Police eventually asked Hearn to call one of his friends from his cell phone.

The man whipped out something from his pocket and placed it to his ear, but it wasn’t a phone. Instead it was a $20 bill. As you can guess, he was never able to contact his friend for help.

If that wasn’t enough, cops also noted Hearn had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and horrible balance. Hearn was cuffed and placed under arrest for his own safety.

He blew a .178 in a preliminary breath test, which is well over the legal limit. He is now facing a misdemeanor count of public intoxication.
