The Michael Jackson civil trial is coming to a close. Jackson family lawyers have started summing up their case for jurors in the negligence and wrongful death trial brought by the late King of Pop's mother, Katherine.

According to Jackson family lawyer Brian Panish, the promoter of Jackson's never-realized "This Is It" concerts, AEG Live, pushed Jackson to get ready for the shows and should have done a better job vetting Conrad Murray before agreeing to let him be the star's doctor.

Lawyers for AEG are expected to begin their closing Wednesday (September 25) and jury deliberations should start on Thursday (September 26).
