Dramatic Video of Gunshots near Times Square on September 14 Goes Viral

This dramatic footage was taken on the night of September 14 and was viewed nearly 100,000 times in 36 hours. The video was taken as NYPD police officers opened fire at a man on 8th Avenue and 42nd Street near Times Square at around 9:36 p.m. on September 14. Two bystanders were shot, according to reports.
