Captured by TIMES NOW cameras was Pakistan High Commissioner Salman Bashir outside the Prime Minister's office where he met the National Security Advisor Shiv Shankar Menon. Sources tell TIMES NOW that the visit was to discuss Manmohan Singh and Nawaz Sharif's meet in New York on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly later this month.
