Global community backs plan to avert Syria strike

A proposal which could avert US military strikes against Syria is gathering momentum. The plan, which came from Moscow on Monday, would see Syria hand over its chemical weapons to international control. And now France says it will put a resolution before the UN Security Council within hours. Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports.
