At least 5 killed in suicide blast

A suicide bomber killed at least five people including security guards and wounded 22 others near a bank in Kandahar city on Saturday (August 31) a local officials told Reuters.
Most of the victims were civilians.
So far no one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Saturday attack was the latest in a string of attacks across Afghanistan, where insurgents are seeking to destabilise the government ahead of the withdrawal of most international troops by the end of 2014.
