Floods continue to wreak havoc in China. Thousands of soldiers were dispatched to Hunan province to help reinforce dykes.
In Yongzhou City more than 40 cms of rain fell in 24 hours, stranding hundreds of residents.
Floods have left 250 dead or missing over the last week in China.
