Bodies of kidnap victims found in mass grave

Using DNA testing Mexican authorities have now shed some light on the mass grave mystery at this ranch on the outskirts of Mexico City.

Mexico's deputy attorney general has confirmed the genetic identification of five of the thirteen bodies found as being victims of an apparent mass kidnapping.

The bodies were pulled from the grave in a badly decomposed state.

Five have been named, officials said tests are still being carried out on the others.

On Thursday Mexican authorities rolled up to the site of the mass grave.

Relatives of the missing waited anxiously.

The victims disappeared in broad daylight from this Mexico City bar in May.

Police have said the abductions are linked to a dispute between two rival gangs, but relatives of the missing said they were not involved in drug trafficking.
