Driving long hours can be boring. Instead of becoming frustrated and restless, one bus driver chose to clip his nails while operating the large vehicle.

As you may be able to guess, that turned out to be a very bad decision. On July 26th, video footage appeared on a Facebook page showing the Singapore bus driver placing his left hand on the steering wheel, while his right hand was busy trimming down the nails with a clipper.

The clip lasted nearly 30 seconds, showing the distracted driver’s actions. Adding to the disturbing footage, towards the end, the unidentified driver removes both hands from the wheel to make sure he did a good enough job of clipping his nails.

The bus had been traveling from Singapore's Changi Airport to an area of the northern suburbs. What remains unknown is how fast the bus was moving as the driver was trimming away, however the maximum speed limit on the expressway is 55 miles per hour.

The bus company launched an investigation into the matter after the footage surfaced and decided to terminate the driver’s employment.
