A rodeo clown was banned from ever participating in the Missouri State Fair after he taunted the crowd with anti-Obama sentiments. The announcer was originally blamed for asking the crowd who wanted to see Obama run over by a bull. People are accusing the clown of racism and anti-American sentiments.
