'The Millionairess', is a 1960 British romantic comedy film set in London. It is a loose adaptation of George Bernard Shaw's 1936 play. David Lee and Herbert Kretzmer who wrote the song, and Peter Seller's producer George Martin assumed the song would be part of the soundtrack of the film, but the producers did not agree to this. So the song sung by Peter Sellers and Sophia Loren was released as a single to promote the film. It became a chart hit reaching number four in November 1960. No video was ever made of the pair singing the song. This video features the voice of Sophia Loren, and music intro by Ravi Shankar playing, 'Discovery of India'.
This is how Jed envisaged it might have been portrayed!?....
