Smartphone Explodes and Destroys Apartment

Recently, a Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone reportedly exploded and destroyed an apartment in Hong Kong.

Recently, a Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone reportedly exploded and destroyed an apartment in Hong Kong. Mr. Du, owner of the phone had been playing a game called Love Machine when the gadget immediately broke into flames.
The man threw the phone across the room where it landed on a couch. That’s when the gadget completely exploded. The fire quickly spread to the remainder of the house.
Mr. Du said he had been charging the gadget while playing the game. He was insistent the phone was a real Samsung and all the equipment including the charger were legitimate, straight from the company factory.
Samsung has been alerted and the business is currently looking into the troubling incident. The company plans to do a chemical analysis to determine if the phone and accessories were indeed original.
Mr. Du, along with his wife and dogs managed to escape the fire without any serious injuries, but their Mercedes car which was parked outside encountered damage from the blaze. Neighbors were evacuated as a fire crew tackled the flames.
