WB panchayat polls counting begins amidst tight security

Counting of votes for the crucial panchayat elections in West Bengal begins amidst tight security arrangements made by the State Election Commission. On the directive of the Supreme Court, the five-phase rural poll in the state was held on July 11, 15, 19, 22 and 25.
