At least 94 people have been killed by earthquakes in China's northeastern province of Gansu.
With countless buildings flattened, authorities in the hard-hit city of Dingxi say tens of thousands of people have been made homeless.
Hundreds of people have been wounded. Some local reports have put the number of injured as high as 1,000.
