The actress of Saheb, biwi or gangster and Dev d Mahie Gill will be soon imitating Meena kumarion screen. Actress Mahie Gill has sought inspiration from legendary actress Meena Kumari for a song in her upcoming film 'Gangs of Ghosts'.
Meena Kumari “Tragedy queen of Bollywood” inspires Mahie for a song in her upcoming movie “Gangs of Ghosts”.
"I am a huge Meena Kumari fan so it was a great honour for me to emulate her on screen. In no way could it be less than perfect for which I studied her in films like Baiju Bawra and Dil Ek Mandir," said Mahie.
Mahie been styling as Meena Kumari for the song 'Nahi Dungi, Nahi Dungi, Dil mera fokat mein nahi duni' which is inspired by the tragedy queen.
In movie Mahie is in lead role. She will portray the role of an alcoholic actress in the movie.
Almost 70% of the shoot has already been completed.
'Gangs of Ghosts' stars Mahi Gill, Anupam Kher, Meera Chopra, Chunky Pandey and Saurabh Shukla.
