Two powerful earthquakes rocked China’s Gansu province Monday morning, killing 89 and injuring 584. Another 17 people were reported missing. State media says more than 2000 soldiers, 300 police and 50 medical staff have been dispatched to the area. Sadly, the death toll is expected to rise.
