MURDER ON TAPE?: Wisconsin Murder Trial Drawing Similarities to Zimmerman Trial

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel recorded video from the first-degree murder trial of John Henry Spooner. The surveillance video, from Spooner’s home, shows the 76 year-old shooting his 13 year-old neighbor Darius Simmons, who later died. Huffington Post reports that potential jurors were asked about racial issues and the recent George Zimmerman verdict because of the racial differences in the killing.
