6 women Maoists killed in police encounter in Gadchiroli

The anti-Maoist operations police unit claimed that it has managed to gun down at least six persons suspected to be part of the Communist Party of India-Maoist in the forests of Gadchiroli district in the eastern extremity of the state, bordering Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh.
