Insurgents target northern Kabul

At least six civilians and four insurgents were killed in a suicide bombing attack in northern Kabul early Tuesday in an area used by foreign logistics companies who supply NATO forces.

Smoke could be seen rising from behind the wall of the company that was hit.

Police said the incident happened when one insurgent drove a truck filled with explosives into the company's vehicle bay.

Three other attackers then engaged Afghan security forces in a brief gunfight before they were killed.

Police said at least three other employees of the company were wounded.
