MAN EATS DOG: Cops Say Suspect Killed, Cooked and Ate His Pit-Bull Mix

A tampa man is in jail accused of killing his dog and eating it. WFTV reports that 25 year old Thomas Elliot strangled his dog, chopped it’s body up into quarters, discarded the head, ate some, and froze the rest. Huggins has been charged with animal cruelty.
