Daring youths risk necks with perilous jumps off building into river

Ireland rarely sees the sun for extended periods of time so its natives could be forgiven for being over exuberant when it does come out. The young people in the video above could certainly be accused of crossing the line, however, as they were captured jumping off a riverside building, over several feet of concrete and a safety rail, into the cold and murky depths of the River Liffey below.
