'Dozens killed' in Aleppo attack

Rebel fighters in Syria say up to 60 government soldiers have been killed in a suicide car bomb attack in Aleppo province. The two sides are locked in a fierce battle for control of Aleppo, Syria's largest city. More than half the city has been claimed by the rebels, but forces supporting President Bashar al-Assad are staging a fightback. Al Jazeera's Mohamed Vall reports.
