PETE MACGOWAN AND BREEGE PHELAN - BURNING BRIGHT

Born in Lincolnshire to a Lancashire lad and a Tipperary mam, Pete grew up all over England.
Pete came to Ireland in the late 1990s to paint his grandfather's house. He hasn't finished the decorating yet...
In the meantime Pete has taken up the guitar again and plays regularly in pubs across the counties of Kilkenny, Tipperary and Waterford.
Pete has also played at festivals in Chablis, Carcassonnne, Bratislava, London and of course, at the Clancy Brothers Festival in Carrick-on-Suir, and played support to John Spillane, Charlie McGettigan, Jim McKee and the Frank and Walters.
His new acoustic EP, Stop the Clocks, will soon be available, with the official launch date of July 13th, 2013, in Powers of Tullahought, County Kilkenny.
