BREAKING: Crane Op May Have Been High at Time of Deadly Building Collapse

The demolition crane operator involved in the deadly building collapse in Philadelphia was reportedly on drugs at the time. 42 year old Sean Benschop had blood and urine samples taken two hours after the collapse on Market St. that killed six and injured 13 on Wednesday, finding marijuana and painkillers in his system. CNN reports that the collapse appears to have been triggered after the demolition crane knocked down a wall. No charges for this instance have been filed yet.
