Alleged Fort Hood gunman can represent himself in court

A judge at a US military court has ruled that alleged Fort Hood gunman Major Nidal Hasan can defend himself in court. Hasan faces the death penalty if found guilty of 13 charges of first degree murder. Thirty people were injured in the shootings at Fort Hood in November 2009.
