Tomato Egg Soup

Recipe to prepare "Tomato Egg Soup":

Ingredients:
1 tsp refined oil
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
2 tsp finely sliced onion
2 tsp julienned cabbage
200 gms tomatoes, chopped
salt to taste
1 tsp finely chopped capsicum
100 ml water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp blackpepper powder

Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add in ginger and garlic; saute well.
Add onion, and saute until pink.
Add cabbage, and stir.
Add tomatoes, and stir well.
Add salt, and stir again until tomatoes are soft.
Add capsicum and water. Mix well and let it boil.
Break eggs in to a bowl. Add a pinch each of blackpepper powder and salt, and beat well.
Turn the flame high, and pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the soup continuously.
Keep stirring until thick consistency.
Add a pinch of blackpepper powder; stir and put off the flame.
Tomato Egg Soup is ready to serve.
