Boko Haram says Nigeria army assault failing

The leader of the Nigerian rebel group Boko Haram says a military offensive against his fighters is failing. Thousands of troops were sent to the region earlier this month after the government declared a State of Emergency in three states. Al Jazeera's Charles Stratford reports.
