Minogue, who herself battled breast cancer, said she thought Jolie's decision to go public was brave.
"It's very bold and courageous of her to share her story. But I think that's typical of Angelina, that's who she is. And it makes perfect sense that she's done that. I'm thankful, I think people fighting the cause, people who were fighting themselves are all thankful really. It makes you feel like you're not alone," she told Reuters.
