Justin Bieber Owes Large Vet Bill for Abandoned Pet Monkey

Justin Bieber reportedly owes big bills for his pet monkey, left in Germany's care for nearly two months. Bieber's monkey, Mally, was taken by customs officials at the Munich airport, after the singer didn't have the proper documents for the capuchin monkey, and now customs officials say they plan to send the bill for its care to the Biebs. Patrick Jones says, the monkey may be staying in Germany forever, since a deadline passed for Bieber to claim it.
