Pastel de Estée (PDE) is a Cake and Pastry School located at Suite 13-Maxwell Complex, Opposite Rich Bam Gas hub, Ode Oolo Road, Mokola roundabout-Ibadan. Here we train our students on the making of different types of cake, varieties of snacks and pastries, cocktails and many more. We believe regular practice makes a great Chef, Baker and Entrepreneur and we aim at training through regular practical to make our students come out bold enough to be their own boss.
